Stryvling Press is a collaborative project that combines the artistry of Creative Writing Master’s students with the business-orientation of Publishing Master’s students. Our long-term goal is to publish a beautiful anthology of diverse writing, to give each piece of literature the visibility it deserves. Our first title, Inklings, was published last year and considered a great success. We hope that Circling the Point will continue to propel the reputation of our young publishing press through increased sales and innovative market presence.

The unique aspect of Stryvling is its community focus. Of prime importance to our publishing strategy is giving a platform to unestablished yet truly gifted creative writers. In this way, word is spread, and voices are heard. The cross-curricular nature of the project means that students with a multitude of skills such as marketing, editorial, design, production and management can come together to give these works the professional, competitive edge they deserve.
